Warranty
We build armor to be hit. What we stand behind is our workmanship — not the rocks.
Structural warranty
Welds, mounting brackets and fitment are warranted to the original purchaser for as long as they own the vehicle the part was built for. If a weld fails or a bracket cracks under normal off-road use, we repair or replace the part.
Finish warranty
Powder coat is warranted for one year from delivery against blistering, peeling or flaking caused by a defect in preparation or application. Trail rash, rock strikes, scratches and surface rust from damage are wear, not defects.
What is not covered
Damage from collision, misuse, overloading beyond the stated ratings, improper installation, modification or welding by others, corrosion from road salt left unwashed, and any part used on a vehicle it was not built for.
Installation
Our parts are designed for bolt-on installation to factory mounting points using the supplied hardware and torque specs. Cutting, drilling or re-welding a part voids its structural warranty.
How to make a claim
Email info@heavypauto.com with your order number, photos of the issue and a short description of how the part was used. We answer within one business day and cover return freight on approved structural claims.
Limits
Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the part. Heavy Path Auto Inc is not liable for labor, downtime, towing, incidental or consequential damages. Off-road use carries risk; the customer accepts responsibility for how and where the vehicle is driven.
