We collect what we need to quote and build your order — nothing else, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, shipping address and vehicle details you send through the quote form, by email or by phone; order and payment records; and basic, non-identifying traffic data about how the site is used.
How we use it
To quote your build, manufacture and ship your order, provide support and warranty service, and send order updates. If you opt in, occasional product news — every message has an unsubscribe link.
Payments
Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our systems. We keep only the transaction record required for accounting and warranty verification.
Sharing
We share information only with the parties needed to complete your order — freight carriers, our payment processor, and accounting or legal advisors where required by law. We never sell or rent customer data.
Retention
Order and warranty records are kept as long as the structural warranty may apply. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after two years.
Your choices
Email info@heavypauto.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to count visits in aggregate. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.
