Terms of service
The terms under which Heavy Path Auto Inc quotes, builds and sells its products. Placing an order means you accept them.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days and cover the configuration described in them. An order is confirmed when your deposit is received. Material price changes may affect a quote that has expired.
Payment
Custom and made-to-order work requires a deposit to enter the build queue, with the balance due before the crate ships. We accept major cards and ACH. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax where applicable.
Fitment
You are responsible for giving us the correct year, model, trim and cab configuration. We confirm fitment in writing before cutting. Parts built to information you supplied that turns out to be wrong are treated as custom work.
Product changes
We revise designs as we learn from the trail. Specifications, weights and finishes may change without notice; the build spec in your quote is what we deliver.
Off-road use and risk
Our products are accessories for off-highway use. Installing them changes vehicle weight, approach angles and airbag or sensor behavior on some platforms. You are responsible for compliance with local vehicle regulations and for safe operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, photographs, product names and site content are the property of Heavy Path Auto Inc and may not be copied or used to manufacture competing parts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
